Sync MetaModule BPM and TPL with project

A small but useful feature for the MetaModule is to allow it to read the BPM and TPL settings of the project or MetaModule that it is in and set these values as its own internal values for the BPM and TPL. This feature should be optional and appear in either the internal module settings or the controllers.

This could come in handy if you are using an LFO with the rate based on ticks or lines inside of a MetaModule, and you need it to sync with the rest of your song: if you change the project BPM or TPL, the MetaModule will retain its old values, and the LFO will be out of sync. This feature would fix this.
