How to get waveform module to work?

I tried messing around with the waveform module (trying to get a saw) and haven't been able to get anything good out of it. I have this setup:

FM - DISTORTION - FILTER - WAVEFORM - OUT

Is there any instructional material for this? (I am interested because I'm not sure if this is Nightradio's solution to my filter waveform suggestion)

Hm... may be you mean WaveShaper module?

Yeah that one. I would prefer to have standard waveforms (in a controller) for the filter though, would make it soooo much easier to switch between them. I would've made this with sunvox, but there wasn't a saw or reverse saw waveform for the filter:

I know you've got a lot to do, and I don't know how much work it would take to do it, but this (and the lack of different FM waveforms) is really holding me back from using sunvox all out. If you added this I probably wouldn't use ableton at all (if you could add it to the flanger module that would also be awesome), and sunvox would be a serious contender as a DAW.

True, you could just change the LFO Phase and rate to make it a saw (and I have done this many times), but it's a really tedious and painstaking process. It wastes time I could be spending on patterns, mastering, and production in general.
