new functions request

I think these functions will be very usefull for a improved productivity and ergonomy :

1. for modules (synth & effect)
- 1a : REPLACE - when a lot of connections are already made and that module have to be replaced, a simple REPLACE function is very usefull to save a lot of time
- 1b : INSERT - insert a module before the selected module
For both these module new functions :
- the new module takes all the connections of replaced module
- a dialog can ask if the new module comes from the list or from the pasteboard (already copied module).

2. for paterns : EXTRACT - will open a dialog :
- 2a : SELECTED TIME - cut the selected module events from all the others paterns and paste them in the selected patern and track
- 2b : GLOBAL - cut the selected module events from all the paterns in the whole song and paste them in a new automaticaly created patern that begins at the time of the first detected event and ends at the end of the last detected note or event

3. keyboard scale in preview sampler load mode

the time selection is the lenght of the destination pattern
