Sunvox Tempo Changing

Okay, so in my song, when it gets to a certain pattern, the ticks per line changes from 6 to 4. As well as this, after 64 lines, the pattern which I have cloned changes so it's out of time. Any help? Everything's perfectly in line so it's nothing to do with that.
