How to change the base note of a sample?

Post by speak_onion »

I wan to have different samples in different octaves of the sampler, but I can't figure out how to change the base note of a sample. It's always E6. I bet it's simple, but I can't seem to find it.

In the sample edit window, click SAMPLE at the bottom of screen to get to sample properties. Move the REL. NOTE parameter around. The base note it's operating from will have a black dot on the keyboard below it. If you zoom in enough on that keyboard, you can see exactly what block is what note.
