Max sample size = 2GB
(2147483648 bytes)
One minute = 48000 * 4 * 2 * 60 = 23040000
2147483648 / 23040000 = 93 min

I was trying it on a Samsung tablet. might have ran it out of ram way before i even opened up sunvox.

Yes, you can't allocate too much memory on mobile systems like Android.
App heap size is always smaller than the RAM size.
