Custom LFO shapes

Hi

The sunvox LFO has all the basic shapes but what if you need custom made shape ?

Add an LFO with SAW shape (rampup) turn generator on and connect it to Waveshaper module with DC.blocker off then connect it to Sountd2ctl.

The LFO will scan thru Waveshaper as a wavetable and Sountd2ctl module route it to any desired parameter you like to modulate ,you can draw any shapes and turn it into LFO(or Oscillator).

Basic LFO Example :
GEN SEQ.sunvox

Advanced LFO Example :
SUBTERRANEAN PASSAGE.sunvox

This is a really great trick, and I thank you for it.

Cool share, playing with the shape of the wave shapers reminds me of a psychedelic trip lol.

:Yahoo!:

NICE!
I've been doing similar things using the sampler-module (handdrawn waves), however this is more intuitive.
The LFO also resets when triggering a note, so this whole setup is much more visual.
I don't really get the science behind it though.
Why does the LFO amplitude perfectly maps to the (frequency?) waveform of the waveshaper module?
any ideas?

I made another version which:

* is a more stripped-down version
* easy 'drop-in'-solution
* visualizers are set to draw time from left to right
* attached multisynth to retrigger time-start

Just add some soundctls and you're ready to go.
Again thanks for the technique.
I think it will be a great help in creating dynamic evolving sounds, as well as sequences without patterndata.
