sample ofset / multisynth

maybe someone can help: if a sampler module is conected to a multi synth, is there any way to shift the start position via effect 07 - this would be nice to have some random note/velocity...? thanks!

"Random Phase" controller of the MultiSynth is what you need? :)

great - this works (without effect nr. 7) - but i do not really understand what happens between different phase and sample start position...

iirc the manual says that the min/max phase offset values translate into 0%/100% of the sample position
