Rising 1232 arpeggio

This patch is built on the 'arpeggio rising in pitch' idea posted by The Handle on 30-04-2014 in the main SunVox forum.
This patch expands the idea to arpeggiating three frequencies in a 1-2-3-2 pattern. Since the arpeggiating happens in the patch itself, the effect slot is not filled with an arpeggio command anymore. You can do pitch modulations (01 02 03 04) or even stack an arpeggio on an arpeggio.
