quantize by multiple of row/quantize selection

i would like an option to quantize recording, say, to the start of every 4 row. and also a feature to quantize notes after they've been played. this is one of my favorite features in renoise, if sunvox could have it that would be really awesome, though it is kind of unecessary for the tracker purist approach.
