How do i avoid delay when using Pitchshifter?

Hi, everytime I am trying to use picthshfter module, it always makes the sound kinda fade in so it sounds delayed.
Am I doing something wrong?
Any help appreciated.

It's just how the pitchshifter sounds, there is nothing you are doing wrong.
You can mitigate it by lowering the grain size.

I was facing the same problem before, but my work around is the to play the note a line earlier, then apply 1D tick delay to fine tune the note if it becomes too early.

Hi thanks for the replys. I thought I deleted this post imediatly after posting it because Ii found that changing the "06. mode" from HQ to HQmono fixes the problem. No lag with mono.

This is strange...
The mono mode should not affect this lag in any way.
In any case, if the problem reappears, just submit your project file here.
As a1matt said above, the delay is always present because this is how the Pitch Shifter algorithm works.
Delay length depends on the "Grain size" controller.
The module works without delay only in one case:
when Pitch=0, "Bypass if pitch=0"=slow/fast transition, Feedback=0, and the input signal is silence.

Ok I may have compared the delay with something else which was also pitch shifted so the delay matched up.. My bad.
