Hi,

I used to track on Fasttracker 2 and even SBstudio back the dayzzz, I've had about a 12 year break but I AM BACK IN TOWN!
and this time I have a midi keyboard.

BUT

I would need some help:
1. How do I transpose a whole segment?
2. How do I attach my midi keyboard, I can't hear a sound, (if you want to skype with me or meet with me on #sunvox on espernet please email me at onlinefiolen@gmail.com, any guidance would be great but a direct chat or a skype video call would be even more helpful.

Thanks
Heimling

Hi!
1. How do I transpose a whole segment?
* select some segment;
* use one of the following shortcuts:
SHIFT + '=' -- transpose up (+1 semitone)
SHIFT + '-' -- transpose down (-1 semitone)
SHIFT + ']' -- transpose octave up (+12 semitones)
SHIFT + '[' -- transpose octave down (-12 semitones)
More info: https://warmplace.ru/soft/sunvox/manual.php#kbd

2. How do I attach my midi keyboard, I can't hear a sound
Main SunVox menu -> Preferences -> MIDI -> select your MIDI controller and correct channel number for it. If you are not sure about the channel - use the ANY value.
When you press some MIDI button - you can see the small green square on top left of the module view. This means that the MIDI connection is established.

WHOA, I never thought there'd be shortcuts for transposing - I use transposition pretty frequently, so it's good to hear that there's shortcuts for it. Thanks!

Hi, I'm curious about the "SBstudio" software.

What is it?

Are there some screenshots or videos of it somewhere online?

Unless you're using an old soundblaster card I wouldn't worry about it.
