Hi,
I'm experiencing a small silence at the beginning of rendered WAVs, when using the Modulator. I guess that Modulator acts as a small buffer for a lookup table for the PM mod? Whats the best practice to deal with latency compensation so that I don't need to trim the beginning off exported wav?
Many thanks

Yes. It has a buffer of ~40ms.I guess that Modulator acts as a small buffer for a lookup table for the PM mod?
There are two ways.Whats the best practice to deal with latency compensation so that I don't need to trim the beginning off exported wav?
1) Modulation type = "phase (absolute)". In this case, the zero signal will correspond to a zero delay.
2) Modulation type = "phase". In this case, the zero delay corresponds to the negative level of the modulator signal. You can try to use some special waveforms (without the positive part) or use Amplifier with DC Offset = -128 to shift the signal down.

Thanks that's great dude
