Midi Controller is recognized but doesn't work

Post by stino »

My midi controller (M-Audio Oxygen 25 3rd gen) is recognized as midi keyboard but i can't actually play. When I hit some notes on the keyboard nothing happens.

I'm sure my controller is properly connected because it works fine in ableton live and other daw's. I also have all the latest drivers installed.

On this page http://sunvoxsolstice.blogspot.nl/2011/ ... di-in.html it says there should be a "green light flash indicating Midi-input in the upper-left corner of the Module section" but I don't see any green light flashing.

Does anyone know what is going on here?

EDIT: My keyboard does work on Linux, just not on windows.

2ND EDIT: I found a solution, you can find it right here: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_U ... g/en416511

Have you some other items in the popup list of MIDI devices?
