config file for OSX

Post by leucotone »

Hi everyone!

I am new to SunVox and so far enjoying it immensely. However, I want to change the color layout of the screen and I can only do that with the config file. The problem is, I don't have that file with the OSX version of the software. I saw that you can copy the example file from the Wiki, but I'm not sure where to put it. The instructions say to put it in the Caches folder under my username, but that folder is found under my hard drive, not under my username. Also, I don't understand how to copy the config file text from the Wiki and get it on my computer (I've tried this a couple of times with no success). There's no place in the Wiki I've seen where I can download the file. I've also tried to move the config file from one of the other versions (Wince, for example) but that doesn't work either. How do I resolve this issue?

I'm sorry for the long explanation, but I want to get as clear an answer as possible. I've been trying to figure this out for a while and it's frustrating.

Thanks in advance!

But how about built-in color themes?
Or you just want to create your own?
Try to do the following:
1) change color theme in the SunVox preferences;
2) in the Finder try to find the sunvox_config.ini file on your computer;
3) change this file.
