Relative Note in Module Properties

Post by nopcorp »

Is there a controller data value parameter to change the relative note within the module properties?

The reason I ask is because I like having a basic sequence of notes being played by generator and while the notes are playing I like to open the module properties and change the relative note with my stylus on my pocket pc. It sounds really neat changing the relative note, so I want to add a controller data value to a line in the pattern so the relative note in the module will change accordingly.

You can change the base note with the "Transpose" property of the MultiSynth.

Bump. I wanted to know if there will be a way to record the movements of the "relative note" slider in the module properties on any new releases.

Thanks!

I think in newer releases there will be automati0n envelopes for any controller so it should be possible to use them to automate relative note slider. not sure about whether you will be able to record live to automation envelopes though.
