Hi!
Encountered the problem with the SunVox on Lenovo TB-X606X Android Tablet which is quite annoying.
Even if the permission is given to the app to access the storage SunVox doesn't see the folders outside it home data dir.
There is no such problem on Huawei phone.
Also other your apps (Fractal Bits, Pixilang) are affected with the problem.

Re: Problem with storage on Android Tablet
Sorry, I was wrong about phone, the same issue is on the phone too. Maybe it's not a bug and only app data dir is allowed?

Unfortunately it's ok for Android...
You can only read/write Android/data/nightradio.sunvox/files folder on the internal or external card
All other folders are inaccessible

You can use the x-plore app. But I agree, that's still

Re: Problem with storage on Android Tablet
it is basically the scoped storage functionality that android implemented for security purposes from API level 29 (android 10)
the `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` permission should allow the application to access all storage
https://developer.android.com/about/ver ... les-access
also on the android developer docs I found a 'manage all files' permission
https://developer.android.com/training/ ... -all-files
in the article they say the usage is restricted on google play, but they also explain how to use the more modern ways of sharing files, maybe it could be possible to implement those new methods instead, but blame android for breaking retro compatibility
would you please update all of your apps to support the all files access ?
If you need help I would gladly give you a hand

Re: Problem with storage on Android Tablet
From within SunVox I can intermittently access .wav .aif. .sunvox files on my SD Card that are outside of Android/data/nightradio.sunvox/files
.mid files are always accessible.
Samsung A52S with Android 13, One UI 5.1
As a workaround I open the files from mixplorer or x-plore.
The obvious solution is to move them into the SunVox files folder, but then my backup software can't see them.
