Combining 29xx and 20xx commands doesn't work as expected
When i use a 29xx effect to get a random note from the first column and use the previous track command with 20xx, i'd expect that the probability of playback that the 20xx command has would impact the column with 29xx, but the 29xx notes still play every time, so the note probability doesn't work there, i guess because it's technically not a note, but an effect. I wasn't sure if this falls under "bug" or "feature request", but if the 20xx effect only has probability for note effects, it makes sense that it should also affect effect columns as well, or at least something like the 29xx command where it's playing a note.

From the SunVox User Manual:
But you can achieve almost the same effect by adding an empty note (or several empty notes) on track0.<< - Previous Track (shortcut SHIFT + K); use it to apply effects to previous track; but the following secondary effects are not allowed: 2x, 40..5F, 1D;
