Sound2Ctl: new option "Send only changed values";
I noticed that connecting to a module. The first time you set 'out controller', the control(01) will still change to 0 and I think this new future is supposed to prevent that right?
To reproduce:
1. add generator, sound2ctl, filter
2. connect everything
3. set sound2ctl 'out controller' to 1
4. filter controller 1 is set to 0 while the "Send only changed values" option is on
