Projects saved from custom templates do not autogenerate timestamp for initial filename [FIXED in 1.9.6]

When using the default starting template for a new project, or when using an empty project, it will set up a default project name with a timestamp. So, on the first save, SunVox will offer you a default filename that has a timestamp.
However, if you set your own starting template, even if the project name is empty, it won't auto-create a project name.
Desired behavior: If project name of custom starting template is empty, fill it in with a timestamp on project create.
