Editing a MetaModule then getting back to the main screen sometimes results in a wrong MetaModule's content modified. I've met this bug more than three times (before I started to post things here).
The latter module has the same controllers as the latter one before the former one gets edited, so I think what gets modified is only its content, not the whole module.
Here is a project which has this problem; edit the module 4E, get back, then 4D has the same content as 4E. Unfortunately I don't remember how I made this project have this problem.

Re: Wrong MetaModule modified when having edited one and getting back
Thanks!
Will be fixed in 1.9.6.
Temp workaround: open 4D first, return to the main project, then open 4E.
Possible reason: you opened the previous session of the lower level without pressing BACK button. At some point two modules (4E and 4D) were simultaneously marked as "opened".
1.9.6 will protect against such cases :)
