I don't remember whether this issue is present in 1.7.5 or not, but I remember attempting to export a track at 1 BPM and 16 TPL, and sunvox would change it to something like 32 BPM and 12 TPL. I don't get this problem when exporting at 800 BPM and 1 TPL though.
The reason I need such a low speed is because I record my live work to a sampler, then play it in a pattern and export it. That way I don't have to worry about attempting to cut up the sample to export my work.
I'll have to check this again when I get home.

Re: Sunvox limits TPL and BPM on export
Mininmum bpm is 32 even before exporting, though the slider initially seems to go down to 1.
You could
You could
- save the .wav directly in the sampler,
- make a really long pattern (max. length is 4096 lines which at 32 bpm/31 tpl registers as 2h 45' 20")
- set an 'open' sample envelope with the last node (or just one) at the maximum to make the sample play beyond the pattern, add an empty pattern in the timeline where the end should be.
