Modules Glow Even When Bypassed [FIXED in v1.7.4b]

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a bug, but bypass modules also use the "Glow" visualization; this can make it kind of difficult to tell if a module is bypassed or not. Perhaps bypassed modules shouldn't glow as much (the effect is still pretty strong, even when the module is bypassed).
