Trying to figure out when this thing starts.... 12:00 PM would be January 20 at noon, correct? However 0:00 PM doesn't really exist that I know of, although it sounds more like midnight.
So is it midnight or noon?
I don't want to start too early!

I've got 3 other songs I'm almost finished with, but I still want to get something together for this as well. I'll have to cram it in. Good thing there is 2 weeks this time.

I've got something pretty neat going on for this.

You didn't start on it before the compo started, did you?CoolGreenApple wrote:I've got something pretty neat going on for this.

Not unless you count like 8 notes the day before. If so, then oh well! I can make another one.ChippyMunk wrote:You didn't start on it before the compo started, did you?CoolGreenApple wrote:I've got something pretty neat going on for this.

I started something last night. Only 10 modules really forces me to do things differently! But I'm looking forward to it

Re: BOX10SVC #2 (Starts on Jan 20 @ 12:00 PM CST)
It's forcing me to focus more on composing and less on sound design. Deadlines always make me a little less perfectionistic and more apt to say "OK, this part is complete, let's move on.."organic io wrote:I started something last night. Really interested to see what everyone else comes up with.
Anybody else definitely going to be participating besides me, Sawzer and CoolGreenApple?
Re: BOX10SVC #2 (Starts on Jan 20 @ 12:00 PM CST)
8 tracks playing... does that include a track to change parameters of an effect or instrument? (i.e. no note inputted)

I was wondering that as well.
Re: BOX10SVC #2 (Starts on Jan 20 @ 12:00 PM CST)
Thinking on it, I reckon it includes filters etc. - I mean it occupies a track and must be played, as such...
Also, that's more fun.
