Being a complete Sunvox fan for years, I am strolling the internet for a workable, responsive, easy alternative for the Atari ST Cubase MIDI Sequencer. Whatever I try, I always end up with either Windows or Linux solutions that are overly complex, take a whole Saturday to set up, have doubtful timing performance and simply cannot compete with the good old B/W cubase interface. I know Sunvox is much more than that but the sheer charm of the software developed by NightRadio makes me wonder if either the midi implementation of Sunvox can be pimped a bit more or if something like SunSeq might spring from Nightradio's creative hands: the looks of Sunvox and a dead-simple MIDI sequencer (midi only), with piano roll, support for Sysex and continuous controls etc.....
I never stop dreaming
