Blogger on your site?

I see that you show most recent posts of your blogger on main page. May I ask if you update both separately via copy-paste or it's automatical script? If it's automatic, can you publish code you using (of course with removed all sensitive data that may be here such as logins/passwords) as I look for something similar for my site?
